Listed below are the states an EV Charger can have. The state indicates if a car is connected, not connected or charging.

0 | Not connected | The car is not connected to the car charger. |
1 | Connected and not charging | The car is connected to the car charger but currently not charging. |
2 | Connected and charging | The car is connected to the car charger and currently charging. |
3 | Error | The car charger is in an error state. |
4 | Unknown | Unknown status |
